went for medical check up ytd morning. the person told me x-ray is not needed. its not stated on the form. den told her but its stated in the booklet. but still she said no need. so i din go for x-ray. the check up is like damn fast. not more den 5 mins. and there goes my 20bucks. =.=
now i know how inaccurate the sch's measurement can be. my height taken in sch is only 153 but ytd i took... its 158. mummy dun believe i'm 158. im 40. BMI of 16.
